Woo-hoo! This morning, the Knight finalized our hotel and flight to Chicago. Two weeks from today, we are heading to the Windy City! We are flying in early Thursday (7/23) morning, and staying at the InterContinental. Its fancy schmancy (5 stars!), but we are staying there because of a good deal from Travelocity. Their pool alone is to die for. Plus, they claim to be the only hotel that has direct entrance onto the Magnificant Mile. The Knight doesn't know this yet, but such access makes shopping for AFS veddy veddy convenient. :)
